Consideration of the request from Desoto Pointe Partners, LLC, for a 20-year PILOT Lease for the redevelopment of the former U.S. Marine Hospital property into a 71-unit multi-family rental housing development located at 360 Metal Museum Drive, Memphis, Tennessee; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.
